Discussing FSD licensing with SAIC? Tesla China: No communication with any company on this

On November 18th, in response to rumors of FSD licensing discussions with SAIC, Tesla China responded to reporters, "We have not communicated with any company about this at present." Previously, there were market rumors that Tesla FSD would license SAIC to do Robotaxi after entering China, and it has communicated with SAIC for two rounds.
