On November 14th, when He Lifeng, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, met with Du Jiaqi, Chairperson of the British HSBC Group, at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse on the evening of the 14th, he said that China is further deepening the reform of the financial system, steadily expanding the institutional opening up of the financial sector, creating a transparent, stable and predictable institutional environment, providing greater convenience for foreign-funded enterprises to expand their business in China, and welcoming more foreign-funded Financial Institutions Groups and long-term capital, including HSBC Group, to invest in China.
